Productive Meeting of Denmark Alumni Network Bangladesh

The Denmark Alumni Network Bangladesh (DANB) recently held a fruitful meeting and get-together with both executive and general members at ‘Pizza and More’ in Gulshan. The event was graced by the presence of the Ambassador of Denmark, H. E. Winnie Estrup Petersen, who shared insights on the future direction of DANB.

During the meeting, various proposals were presented by new and existing members. The group decided to move forward with select programs, including a family get-together for DANB members, chaired by Dr. Abu Hamza with Din Mohammad serving as member secretary. Another initiative discussed was a webinar for Bangladeshi students, proposed by Dr. Imran, aimed at informing them about life and studies in Denmark.

The Embassy has agreed to host a general meeting to form a new committee, indicating a strong collaborative effort moving forward.

As the Convener/President, Dr. Mohammad Bakhtiar Rana have endeavored to bring DANB to its current level of success with the support of all members. He urged all members to attend upcoming meetings and events, become official members, and actively contribute to advancing DANB’s mission.

Special thanks were extended to Dr. Imranul Hoque for his dedicated efforts in organizing the meeting. Gratitude was also expressed to Dr. Akhter Uz Zaman, Amreen Talukdar, Din Mohammad, Faisal Bin Majid, M Mamun Hossain, Hasan Imam Raj, Dr. Abu Hamza, and others for their attendance and support.
